Eat great food and support a good cause Monday at Calvert House Inn, when the restaurant will host a fundraiser for the Anacostia Watershed Society.

The society, which formed in 1989, works to keep the Anacostia River clean and available to wildlife.

They educate area residents about environmental concerns and wildlife, including working with county children.

The restaurant will host the event starting at 11 a.m. until close. Whether guests have lunch, dinner or just drinks, 25 percent of the proceeds will benefit the society.
